The learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh case. The learned counsel has also filed a letter, dated 21-06-2016 in the Registry in that regard. The permission is accorded for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, but, as no reason is given, liberty sought for is rejected. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
