When this matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Praveen, Counsel representing Sri A.K. Jayaprakash Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner retired from service and he received all the terminal benefits, and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.
