Hence, the appeal was adjourned. Even on 20.03.2017 when the appeal was listed under the caption for dismissal, a request was made to adjourn the appeal and it was ordered to be listed on 27.03.2017. Even on 27.03.2017, a request was made to adjourn the appeal. Today, even thought he appeal is listed under the caption for dismissal, learned counsel for the appellants is not present.
