THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12707 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not issuing way bills to the petitioner under the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, while the lease was subsisting.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the period of lease is expired and nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. The expiry of the lease is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
