The petitioner is the accused, no other than son of the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant of Cr.No.107 of 2018 of P.S.Rayaparthi, Warangal District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 436 IPC dated 08.10.2018 in seeking to quash the said F.I.

R proceedings and pending the same, the de facto complainant/2nd respondent and the petitioner present, stated that they amicably settled the issue outside the Court through elders and they being son and father are residing together and to drown the differences, the case is coming in the way, though no separate applications for compounding numbered and pending even stated filed, taking into consideration of the fact, particularly the age of the de facto complainant about 75 years since present, unable to move freely and stated the son is treating well and that it is not an arson, but for to reconstruct, the old dilapidated thatched shed was removed and the waste material only burnt accidentally, the criminal petition is allowed by quashing crime proceedings in Cr.No.107 of of P.S.Rayaparthi, Warangal District.

The petitioner/accused is acquitted, bail bonds cancelled.
