HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER M.A.C.M.A.No.2341 OF 2005 JUDGMENT:

It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this appeal was referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an Award has been passed on 08.07.2017 with the consent of the parties and this M.A.C.M.A may be disposed of in terms of the said award. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 08.07.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat. The aforesaid award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
