The Court made the following :

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings in Rc.No.C2/231/09, dated 16-2-2009 of respondent No.1 whereby he has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that pending the Writ Petition, enquiry was completed and the petitioner's authorisation has been restored.

In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.7323 of 2009 is disposed of.
