As there was no representation for the appellant on 25.06.2017, 24.07.2018, 14.08.2018 and 24.08.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the appellant. It appears, the appellant is not interested in proceeding further in the matter.
