Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioners are no longer running their establishments in the context of which the present case was filed. He therefore states that no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
