CVNR, J & GSP, J Dt: 19.01.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the detenu- Bankatlal Bhati, S/o.Heeralal Bhati, and to set him at liberty. At the hearing, Mr.K.Surender, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the detenu was served with the Notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C., and that thereafter, he was released from the custody. In view of this subsequent event, the learned Counsel submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infrucutous.
