It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that after filing of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner was redressed by issuing pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioner and nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
