Petitioner claims to be owner of flat bearing municipal No.2-2/275F, Janapriya Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner claims to have constructed the house after obtaining due permissions and in possession and enjoyment of the same. Alleging that respondent municipal corporation illegally demolishing the portion of the structures of the building of the petitioner on the alleged complaint given by the neighbour of the petitioner, who is arrayed as 5th respondent, this writ petition is filed.

2. Leaned standing counsel, on instructions, states that based on the complaint given by the neighbour of the petitioner, inspection was made and based on the said inspection report, GHMC issuing notices to take further action and submits that without following due process, no coercive action shall be taken by the GHMC.

3. Having regard to the said statement of learned standing counsel, on instructions of the GHMC, the relief as prayed for by the petitioner need not be granted as GHMC have categorically stated that they would follow due process before taking any coercive action.

4. Having regard to the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
