ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.2501/2009-H3, dated 9.1.2012 as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to rule 3(2) of A.P. Saw Mills (Regulation) Rules, 1969 in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests (AP) fairly conceded that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered in favour of the petitioner by order, dated 11.02.2011, in W.P.No.1294 of 2011. Considering the aforesaid fair submission, the Writ Petition is allowed following the aforementioned order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
