THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5113 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order, dated 27.07.2015, in Crl.M.P. No.2144 of 2014 in DVC No.10 of 2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First class, (Special Mobile), Karimnagar.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The 2nd respondent is the wife and the 3r d respondent is the daughter of the petitioner. The respondents 2 and 3 filed DVC against the petitioner seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. They filed the impugned application seeking maintenance at Rs.5,000/- per month the 2nd respondent and Rs.3,000/- the 3rd respondent before the Court below. The Court below partly allowed the said application granting Rs.1,000/- per month to the 2nd respondent and Rs.1,500/- per month to the 3rd respondent towards their maintenance. Aggrieved over the same, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. This Court perused the order passed by the Court below. There is no dispute with regard to relationship between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3. The maintenance amount ordered by the Court below is very meager and there is no need to reduce the same, and hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J April 12, 2016.
