HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9703 & 9712 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8992 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.30 of 2017 of Shalibanda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
