This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.670 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
