HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.1412, 1441 and 1475 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/s and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1 and recording offer to appear by Sri Md.Saleed, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 in all three case and from the perusal of prayer in the three writ petitions that to declare the action of respondent No.2 in trying to interfere with and demolish the portion of the property of the respective petitioner/s for the purpose of road widening without issuance of any notice, there is nothing to keep the writ petition pending, but for to dispose of, with a direction that the respondents shall not interfere with the property of the respective petitioner/s, except due process of law.

With the above direction, all the three writ petitions are disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
