This appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 10.02.2014 in M.V.O.P.No. 357 of 2011 on the file of the Chairman, MACT-cumlearned V Addl. District Judge, Karimnagar. Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalath passed an Award dated 11.02.2017 and, hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of, in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalath. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ M.S.K.JAISWAL, J.
