The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that the hon'ble high court may be pleased to issue an order, a direction or writ more particularly in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of respondent 3 (Inams Tribunal) in not disposing of the petition dt 18-12-2017 to grant ORC in respect of Land adm. 02-08 gts in Sy no.60 situated at Mankhal v, Maheshwaram mandal Ranga Reddy Dist as illegal arbitrary discriminatory besides violative of fundamental rights of the petitioner and contrary to procedure and provisions of the law, consequently to direct the respondent no.3 to consider the petitioner as lineal descendant / legal heir / Legatee of deceased lnamdar and to pass such other order/s as may be deemed just and proper in the interest of justice.'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court on the strength of the written instructions furnished to him by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukur Division, that upon the filing of the application by the petitioner, the Tahsildar, Maheshwaram Mandal, was requested to submit a preliminary report. Letters in this regard were written by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukur, on 12.01.2018 and 19.03.2018 but the preliminary report and the relevant documents are still awaited from the Tahsildar, Maheshwaram Mandal. Upon receipt of the same, notices in Form-II would have to be issued to all concerned calling for claims/objections, if any.

In the light of the aforestated steps taken already, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukur, to do the needful and take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application

dated 18.12.2017 in accordance with due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
