HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 11020 OF 2003 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for School Education submits that in view of the interim order that was passed in the year 2003, nothing further survives in the writ petition and the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why no one is coming forward to work it out on merits.

Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
