HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.Nos.3884 AND 3898 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

The present revision petitions, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, are filed aggrieved over the orders, dated 06.08.2015, passed in I.A.Nos.1039 of 2014 and 75 of 2015 in C.M.A.No.10 of 2014 on the file of learned I Additional District Judge, Anantapur.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main C.M.A. was dismissed on 28.03.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petitions become infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
