Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 submitted that an error was occurred while mentioning the name of the Court while granting bail and the Court name was mentioned as "Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad" instead of "I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally Hyderabad" in paragraph No.5(i) of the order dated 25.01.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.772 of 2024. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed and the name of the Court "Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad" in paragraph No.5(i) of the order dated 25.01.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.772 of 2024 is permitted to be replaced with "I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally Hyderabad".
