When the matters were listed on 23.01.2018, none appeared for the petitioners and there was no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the matters were directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' to 06.02.2018. On that day also, there was no representation for the petitioners. However, to provide one more opportunity, the matters were directed to be listed today under the same caption. Even today, when the matters have come up, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. These are cases of the year 2014. It appears petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the cases.

Therefore, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petitions shall stand closed.
