Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased topleased to grant Anticipatory bail to the Petitioner/Al herein in the event of his arrest by the concerned police in connection with F.I.R. No. 1 of 2019 of PS, Ramachandrapuram, under section 498-4 of I.P.C. and Section 3 And 4 of DP Act The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments ofM SALEEM Advocate for the Petitioner, and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,1961,.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that the petitioner is innocent and law abiding citizen having no previous antecedents and never committed any offence much less the offence alleged against him in the present case. It is further submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and he is ready to cooperate with the police in the investigation. He furtl'rer submits that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court in the event of l-ris enlargement on anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5, Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the peculiar conditions of pandemic COVID-19 prevailing in the country, without delving into the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused.
6. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed and the petitioner/accused is granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:
(1) The petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cybderabad District, within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of this order and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/accused on bail on his executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties to the like amount to his satisfaction.
(2) The petitioner/accused shall abide by the other conditions stipuiated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
(3) The petitioner/accused shall not misuse the liberty granted to hirn.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
