This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent Arbitrator - cum- District Collector, Prakasam District at Ongole in deciding the Arbitration Application No. 13 of 2017, as illegal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for Respondents 2 and 3 and Sri S.S. Varma, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is limited, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of Arbitration Application No. 13 of 2017 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
