Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not surveying, fixing boundary stones by conducting panchanama in spite of petitioner application dated 16.05.2016 in respect of Survey No.187 situated at Koppole village, Kethepalli mandal, Nalgonda District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also against the provisions of survey and boundaries Act 1923 and consequential directions to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and fix boundary stones by conducting panchanama basing on the petitioner application dated 16.05.2016 in respect of Survey No.187 situated at Koppole village, Kethepalli Mandal, Nalgonda District." 3.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispose of the representation dated 16.05.2016 made by the petitioner requesting to survey the land mentioned above and fix boundaries.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 16.05.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to survey the land in Survey No.187 situated at Koppole village, Kethepalli Mandal, Nalgonda District and fix boundaries, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) to eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
