THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 1382 of 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that aggrieved by the orders dated 29.08.2017 of the District Collector passed under Clause 21(1) of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 (for short 'the Control Order, 2008'), dismissing the revision against the order dated 23.05.2017 passed by the Joint Collector, she preferred a further revision together with an application for stay before the Government, invoking Clause 21(v) of the Control Order, 2008, but the same is not being disposed of. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the further revision filed by the petitioner, expeditiously.

As the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the further revision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
