THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17774 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the docket order dated 03.04.2017 passed by the IXX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur in C.C.No.440 of 2017 arising out of crime No.477 of Chandanagar Police Station and the consequential letter dated 13.04.2017 addressed to R.7 by said Magistrate and also the show cause notice dated 24.05.2017 issued by R-8 to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.
Sri C.Nageswara Rao, learned Senior Counsel, would submit that in pursuance to the letter dated 24.05.2017 issued by the Consulate General of India i.e. R-8, the passport of the petitioner has been impounded. In view of the subsequent events, the learned Senior Counsel sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent orders passed by the authorities.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
