O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Municipal Commissioner in considering the application of the petitioner dated 19-11-2016 for change of her in the municipal records for the house property in question, the present writ petition has been filed. The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - Municipality submitted that the application of the petitioner would be considered by the authorities in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19-11-2016 for change of her in the municipal records, in accordance with law and subject to rules, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
