At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he filed a letter, dated 28-08-2017 before the Registry stating that he was instructed by the petitioner/ plaintiff to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and a request is also made in the letter to list the matter under the caption 'withdrawal'. Accordingly, the matter is listed under the caption 'withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that permission may be accorded for withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs 5.

Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
