In view of the decree passed in the suit, this revision petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed. However, it will be open to the revision petitioner to raise all the grounds raised herein in any appeal filed by him against the decree. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
