HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI C.M.A.No.698 of 2013 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and that an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the Award. Both the learned counsel appeared before the Lok Adalat and after the matter is amicably settled, the Adalat Bench presided over by a Chairman, who is a former Judge of this Court, had passed an Award. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
