This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 16.8.2016 passed in I.A. No.305 of 2016 in E.O.P. No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Special Officer under A.P. Panchayat Raj Act-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the E.O.P., on 12.9.2018. In view of the disposal of the E.O.P., the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
