Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 07.09.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ Petition No.26896 of 2017 as some typographic mistakes crept in the petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
