ORDER:

Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader show that the Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Kurnool refused to entertain the document presented by the petitioner in view of the letter of the A.P. Wakf Board dated 03.03.2009 claiming Ac.6.28 cents in Sy.No.74/2 of Nehru Nagar, Kurnool, as wakf board land.

2. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

The writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner still wants to agitate the issue, she may take appropriate proceedings by impleading the A.P. Wakf Board as party. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
