THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 1800 of 2019 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents not disposing the petitioner application as per the rules in force for building permission application No 3/Cl/21125/2018 dated 14.11.2018 for Plot No.613 in Sy.Nos. 154 to 158 of Bhavanagar is illegal arbitrary violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to grant building permission."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.04.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.37810 of 2015. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings, dated 13.03.2014. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall reconsider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
