HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.3 of 2019 IN/AND Crl.P.No.457 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.3 of 2019 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in S.C.No.75 of 2018 on the file of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.74 of 2017 of Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 376 & 312 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.3 of 2019 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in S.C.No.75 of 2018 on the file of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Registry is directed to send the Demand Draft (which is in the file itself) bearing No.488141 for a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, by placing a copy of the same in the file.
