This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.P. No.1191 of 2016 from the file of Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the file of II Additional District Court, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in O.P. No.1191 of 2016 on the file of Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, on each and every date of adjournment. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam in O.P. No.1191 of 2016 on each and every date of adjournment, is dispensed with. However, she shall appear before the Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, as and when her presence is so required in O.P. No.1191 of 2016. 4.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
