Subhash Reddy) As it was brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel on record for the appellant died during pendency of the appeal, this Court, by order, dated 04.06.2014, directed to issue notice to the appellant. In spite of service of notice on the appellant, there is no appearance on his behalf either by himself or by any other Advocate.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
