As there was no representation for the petitioner on 16.08.2018 and 20.08.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and the learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC are present.

The above conduct of the petitioner indicates that he is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
