HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Criminal Petition No.15881 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the SHO, Amudhalavalasa PS, Srikakulam District, to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the unregistered crime. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no crime registered against the petitioner so far. Thus, no order is required to be passed.

In view of the above, the criminal petition is disposed of with a direction that if at the subsequent stage, the respondent feels that the arrest of the petitioner is required, the said respondent shall give notice ten (10) days before the arrest.
