Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: '...to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the Shortfall Letter No.3/C20/22401/2019, dated 03.01.2019 requiring the petitioner to submit the NOC from Mandal Revenue Officer regarding the ownership of title for considering he Building Allocation, dated 18.12.2019 in File No.3/C20/22401/2019 in respect of Plot No.123 (south part) in Sy.No.66/2 admeasuring 238 square yards equivalent to 198.96 square meters situated in Sy.No.66/2 of Raidurg Nav Khaisa village, Seri Lingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art.14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to forthwith process the Building Application of the petitioner without insisting for NOC from the Revenue authorities and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondents are not insisting NOC from the petitioner for processing the building permission application in File No.3/C20/22401/2019, dated 18.12.2019, in respect of Plot No.123 (sought part) in Survey No.66/1 admeasuring 238 sq. yards situated at Raidurg Nav Khalsa Village of Seri Lingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 4.
Taking the above said statement into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the building permission application, dated 18.12.2019, in File No.3/C20/22401/2019, and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within
a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
