This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner for survey and settlement of the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.81 and Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.100 of Thammadapally village, Peddavoora Mandal, Nalgonda District, without stating any reasons and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.28.04.2016 passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.

Office is to append a copy of the order dt.28.04.2016 in WP.No.4811 of 2011 ad batch to this order.
