This writ petition is filed with a prayer to declare the action of the 1st respondent in not considering the applications dated 17-01-2009, 29-11-2012 for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) to sell the land in Sy.No.25/1 to an extent of Ac.03-23 guntas situated at Pet Basheerabad, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Counter is filed by the 3rd respondent stating that original assignee, who is the grand father of petitioner has sold the land to third parties through registered sale deeds and on their application, NOC vide Memo No.E5/5805/2008, dated 27-092008 was issued in their favour i.e. S.Padma, KRK Raju, K.Sita Rama Raju and S.Ravinder Kumar Raju and as such for dismissal of the petition. Once the original assignee has alienated the property through registered sale deeds, the question of granting NOC does not arise. In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-02-2016 nvl
