This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the petitioners challenging the judgment and award, dated 31.10.2005, passed in M.V.O.P.No.1093 of 2004 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-V Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Guntur.

No representation on behalf of the appellants on 23.03.2018 and also in the forenoon and afternoon of 29.03.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the appellants even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
