OFFICE NOTE 29.07.2025 EVV,J This criminal appeal is filed by the appellant by name D.Srinivasa Rao, who is party-in-person to the proceedings, aggrieved by the judgment dated 11.12.2017 in Crl.A.No.76 of 2016 passed by the learned XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

While the proceedings are pending, this Court vide its order dated 21.06.2024 dismissed this criminal appeal for nonprosecution. IA No.01 of 2024 is filed for being mention seeking to set-aside the judgment dated 21.06.2024 passed by this Court.

IA No.01 of 2025 is filed seeking permission to contest the appeal as partyin-person and the said IA is filed by the wife of the appellant-party-in-persons.
