This Company Application is filed seeking permission to condone the delay of 1076 days in filing the claims petition under Form-66 of the Companies (Court) Rules by the applicant with the Official Liquidator. Heard and perused the record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator states that the Official Liquidator is not having any objection. For the reasons stated in the Company Application, the delay of 1076 days is condoned subject to the petitioner furnishing necessary original documents along with the Form-66 on or before 30.03.2017.
