A memo, dated 05.12.2017, is filed on behalf of the petitioner herein. In the said memo, it is stated that the parties have entered into a compromise and the petitioner purchased the suit property from the respondent through registered sale deed, dated 25.10.2017, vide document No.7936/2017. It is also stated that the respondent also filed a memo and basing on the said memo, E.P.No.6 of 2012 was dismissed on 24.10.2017. 2.

The memo, dated 05.12.2017, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
