ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the impugned provisional selection list of the candidates in M.D. (Homeo)
Courses for the year 2012-13, in so far as the unofficial respondent is concerned, as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory unconstitutional and set aside the same; and consequently, to declare that the petitioner is entitled for admission to M.D. (Homeo) Course for the year 2012-13 under BC (D) Category for the academic year 2012-13 by taking into consideration her merit and marks awarded in the Entrance Test."
At the hearing, Sri K.Naveen Kumar, the learned counsel representing Sri A.M.Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
