This Writ Petition is filed praying to declare the action of the respondents in not granting house site pattas or double bedroom houses to the petitioners and not considering their representation dated 11.06.2018. According to petitioners, they are 46 in number. They are members of Prathibha Mahila Mandali, economically backward and shelterless persons. Earlier, the Government identified land to an extent of Acs.9.30 guntas in Survey No.5 of Mansoorabad Village for construction of houses to 940 members and accordingly 940 beneficiaries were identified, but no pattas were granted. Earlier, Prathibha Mahila Mandali and another association filed W.P.No.20312 of 2004 which was disposed of directing the respondents therein to take necessary steps to proceed with the construction of houses. It is further alleged that though some of the applicants were allotted 210 flats, petitioners were deprived of the said benefit. 3.
According to learned Government Pleader, the Government notified guidelines for allotment of two bedroom houses to persons belonging to below poverty line vide G.O.Ms.No.10, dated 15.10.2015. As per the said guidelines, persons who claimed to be entitled to such allotment have to make online applications through Mee-seva, but petitioners have not made such applications.

In response to the said contention, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that 12 of the petitioners i.e., petitioners 15, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 and 35, namely, Padma, Maheshwari, G. Nagamani, Sayeeda Begum, Wajeeda Begum, Shaik Khajawali, Anjum, Wajida Tabassum, Shaik Parveen, Lathifunnisa, Shaik Reshma and J. Renuka, have submitted online applications through Mee-seva and the photocopies of the applications are enclosed to I.A.No.2 of 2019. 5.
Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the applications submitted by the petitioners, if they have been received, and process them in accordance with the guidelines notified vide G.O.Ms.No.10, dated 15.10.2015, for allotment of two bedroom houses, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is granted to other petitioners to make applications for allotment of two bedroom houses. If such applications are made, the same shall also be considered in accordance with the policy guidelines for allotment of two bedroom houses, within two weeks from the date of receipt of such applications. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:20.02.2019 KH
